Portal-Frame Shape Vacuum Glass Sucker
The appearance of this system is like the portal, the vacuum glass sucker slide along the travelling beam of the porch, meanwhile the travelling beam slide along the beam of the portal-frame under the portal-frame. The sucker with overhead crane could transport the glass pieces to the place where you need. The vacuum glass sucker could lift up and down, the rotating and tilting is also easy to operate.
Now the portal-frame shape vacuum glass sucker have been widely used in the glass loading and unloading, and the deep processed glass production line, such as tempered glass production line, insulated glass production line, laminated glass production line, glass edges grinding line, glass cutting line. It could save space, especially for the glass with large size, it is convenient to handle.
Matching with the porch-shaped overhead crane, the vacuum glass sucker is another important device to move the glass pieces. Same as our other glass lifting tools, this glass sucker can be custom made. Both rotation and tilting process could be finished with different quantity of suckers. The maximum vertical lifting distance is also 1200mm. And the control system from SMC in Japan could ensure the glass sucker lifter with good quality.
