The pneumatic vacuum glass lifter sucker with tilting function is suitable for the horizontal deep processed glass machine, such as the horizontal tempered glass furnace, horizontal glass drilling machine, horizontal bilateral glass edging machine and other deep processed glass machines.
This glass vacuum lifting equipment can be custom made according different requirements. The pneumatic components is from SMC in Japan and Thomas in America, to ensure the sucker quality, we imported the silicon gel to make the sucker cup, its’ temperature resistance is from -20 degrees to +90 degrees, can suck the glass tightly in the movement.
With four sucker cups, the maximum lifting weight for this glass lifting machine could reach 350KGS, with six sucker cups, the maximum lifting weight for this vacuum cup lifter ups to 450KGS. The tilting angle of this suction lifters is from 0degree to 90 degrees, and its vertical lifting range is from 0mm to 1200mm. It is suitable for moving laminated glass, toughened glass, insulating glass,glass curtain wall and other different construction glass
