Glass Lifter Sucker with 180°Rotating
The glass lifter sucker with 180°rotating can turn glass into 180 degree from one edge to the opposite edge, with the extendable cylinder and its’ rotation structure. This kind glass lifting device is suitable for the straight edging machine, especially for the glass which need two edges polished, is the ideal glass suction lifter to grind and polish edges for tempered glass, insulated glass, louver glass and so on.
This glass vacuum lifting equipment can be custom made, its max loading weight can reach 500KGS with 6 sucker cups. The sucker cups is made from silicon gel which is imported, it can resist the temperature from -20 degree to +90 degree. The extendable cylinder and lifting cylinder could lift the glass up and down and rotate the glass according requirements under the compressed air. The maximum vertical lifting distance can reach 1200mm. Extension arms, Acoustic alarm or optical alarm can be added if you need.
The vacuum lifting device can suck the glass fast, and blow-off function can release the glass piece quickly when needed. The maintenance is also easy because of the compressed air supply. With this vacuum panel lifter, the specific work requirements can be finished well. Both labor-saving and cost-saving are easy to achieve.
