What the your package for the tools and equipment ? Are they safe ?
The package for different products are different, but we will use the most suitable package to pack it, to ensure the safety in the transportation. When you get it, it is new without any damage.
Can you produce the tools according customized size and design ?
Sure, all our tools and equipment can be custom made according designs, samples, drawings or other special requirements.
How long is your delivery time?
For our standard tools in stock, the delivery would be in 2~10 days.
For the not-standard tools or customized tools, the delivery time is in 2~4weeks.

Q Can I mix different tools into one order? Or mix the tools with other cargo?
A Sure, we accept different tools to be mixed into one order. If to mix our tools with other cargo, we will fix it well for you.
How about the samples? How can we get it？
Standard samples are free, can be shipped out in 1 week.
For customized samples, you need pay the production cost, and we will return the production cost once you confirmed order. Could be shipped out in 3 weeks.

What is your terms of transportation?
For the cargo which is not enough full container, we will use TNT, DHL, EMS, Fedex,UPS,by air, mixed container by sea, china post and E-packed, to ship you.
If it is enough full container, we will load into the container and ship you by sea.

A We have signed contract with MSK, CMA, COSCO, MSC for the ocean freight. The freight level we got is better than market now, could save cost for you to import from us.
