Column Lifter Crane
The column lifter crane is divided into movable type and fixed type. For the movable type, it is equipped with wheels and brake, can work at the required position. For the fixed type, the column with movable hoist or sucker lifter could be fixed on the ground, or fixed on the wall, or fixed on the universal beam in the workshop. All types are suit for operation between different workshop stations.
This heavy glass lifting equipment is custom made according different workshop conditions and different requirements. Normally the maximum loading capacity for movable vacuum suction cup lifter ups to 200KGS, for the fixed type, it ups to 500KGS. So both light and heavy glass pieces could be lifted easily. The height of column and arm length could be custom made according the glass plant size.
The column lifter crane have the advantage of energy saving, easy operation and maintenance, and high efficiency with long service time. The safety protection device will hold the glass at the original place for a period to keep the safety. Now this glass vacuum lifting equipment have been widely used for the movement of insulated glass, laminated glass, tempered glass and other float glass.
