Harp Glass Rack
For the place where need a strict requirement on glass placing, the harp glass rack can help to take and put glass accurately. With its separated structure, it could avoid the scratch between glasses. There is device on the glass rack to prevent glass slipping off in the transportation process. It can save much manpower, costs and space.
This glass harp rack is mainly used in the production of insulated glass. As the main part of this harp glass rack, the PVB pipe (Polyvinyl Butyral pipe) with the built-in steel helps to separate the glass pieces, without any scratches on the surface. On the bottom of harp rack, the marked numbers could help the workers to select the correct glass sheets, which save much labors. On the bottom, there is also a pedal device to lift glass up which you need. On the back of the PVB pipe, the nylon small wheels with different colors reduced the friction and scratches to the glass. And there are two foot locks mounted in front of base could ensure stability of the racks. If need, the rope holes for binding provide the another safety.
The harp glass rack is detachable, when shipping, we will disassemble it and packed it well to save the space in container. It is light and compact, could be used easily in the hollowed glass production, glass storage and transportation. Not only save cost and space for the factory, but also improved the efficiency.
