10S Polishing Wheel
The 10S polishing wheel is made of high quality polyurethane, rubber, polishing powder and other raw materials. It mainly used for glass bottom plate polishing, glass chamfering and glass edge fine grinding.
The end face of the polishing wheel is smooth and polished, the polishing speed is fast, could polish the matt bevel to be transparent and bright, have a perfect polishing effect.
The sand particles and pores of the 10S polishing wheel is evenly distributed, the wheel have good self-sharpening, and maintain long service life.
The 10S polishing wheel have a certain elasticity, could polish the glass surface with high precision.
The polishing wheel have good wear resistance and good sharpness, without chipping on the glass, and no scratches left on the glass after polishing. It can be used together with other wheels, such as Continuous diamond grinding wheel, resin diamond grinding wheel，Internal diamond grinding wheel and so on.
This 10S polishing wheel can be used in double edging machine, straight-line edging machine, and beveling machine. The normal diameter of this polishing wheel is 150mm and 130mm. For the 150mm diameter 10S polishing wheel, it is mainly for polishing the glass bottom edge, and for the 130mm diameter 10S polishing wheel, it is mainly used for the glass chamfer polishing.
Before using the 10S polishing wheel, the workers should check the wheels and machine carefully, to confirm the wheels is intact and been installed on the right position. In the polishing process, need to keep appropriate and stable speed, which is not only useful to make the workpiece with good polishing effect, but also protect the 10S polishing wheel against any damage.
