OG/Double OG/Triple OG Edge Diamond Wheel
The OG edge diamond wheel is also called duckbill shaped diamond wheel, it is made from premium emery and high quality metal powder binder, with the sintering process under high temperature and high pressure. Except one OG edge, this kind glass diamond wheel could also grind double OG edge and triple OG edge. It is mainly used to grind the linear shape of ogee shape or round shape.
This diamond grinding disc can be used on the shaped glass edging machine, glass chamfering machine, CNC machining center, double edger and straight edger. It can process the glass with thickness from 3mm to 20mm. The wire speed is ups to 12m every minute or even higher.
The grinding layer is sharp and durable, the consumption of the abrasive materials is slow and small, which make it have long service life. The working speed of this diamond grinding wheel is smooth and high, greatly improved the grinding efficiency, save cost and labor cost for the glass factory.
