Glass Lifting Sling/Glass Lifting Belt
The glass lifting sling is also called glass lifting belt, it is produced on the ribbon loom, which imported from Sweden. There are four layers of this glass belt. The core bearing part is made by the high-intensity polyester yarn. For the anti-cutting layer, which contact with glass directly, we add the high-tech materials to make the sling abrasion resistant and cutting resistant. At the same time, the steel plate base with R-angle could increase the working life double. The design for this glass lifting belt conforms to the mechanics principle, when lifting the glass with this glass lifting belt, the heavy weight is evenly distributed, then the lifting process is safe and convenient.
The normal length(the belt is folded in two) of our glass lifting sling is 3300mm, 3500mm or 4000mm, and the width of the belt is 100mm. When you choose the glass lifting belt, please note that the suitable sling length is the glass height plus 700mm, if too long or too short, couldn’t lift the glass safely and fast. If have special requirements, this glass lifting sling accept custom made.
Our glass lifting sling is insured by the Pacific Insurance Company. Compared to other sling in the market, our product is around 9KGS heavier, which can provide long service life. The quality of this glass sling is also proved by our domestic and foreign customers.
