X-02 Double Head Edge Grinding Machine
This double head edge grinding machine adopts quads sharpen edges structure and principle, the grinding wheels could be moved around with the buffer device, to meet the different edge grinding needs of the various specifications of glass, both the diamond wheels and resin wheels in the market is suitable. The wheels is easy to replace and durable. The edge grinding effect is exquisite without edge chipping, greatly reduced the rate of toughened glass self-explosion. The front side and side face can connect wash machine to wash glass directly.
This edge grinding machine equipped with water type LOW-E coating remove function, both sides of the platform can be folded according different requirements. If need, the bottom grinding device can be equipped. And we could also add the extensible platforms on the glass edge grinding machine, to extend the working table for large size glass. It is custom made edge grinding machine.
The standard appearance size for double head edge grinding machine is 2800mm×1250mm×1270mm, it could grind the glass with thickness from 3mm to 12mm. The maximum grinding size is 2000mm×2000mm, and the minimum grinding size is 300mm×300mm. It is very easy to operate，have been widely used for furniture glass, processing windows and door glass, appliance glass, etc. It is the ideal for batch or scatter glass processing.
Our glass grinding machine with main parts(except the consumables)will be changed for free when there is mechanical failure during the warranty period. We also provide 24 hours technical support if needed, to help you to manipulate the equipment as soon as possible.
