BK Wheel
The BK polishing wheel is made of high strengthened and high elastic polymer materials rubber and the sharp combination of silicon carbide, cerium oxide, alumina. Mainly used for polishing and chamfering on the shaped glass edging machine.
The BK polishing wheel have super elasticity, can fully contact with different glass edge gently(OG edge, wave edge, round edge,etc), to protect the glass against burning, breakage or edge collapse, have good polishing effect.
The shape of the BK glass edge polishing wheel can be maintained for long period, won’t be broken or chipped because of the vibration from machine or other reasons, could provide longer service life for the glass factory.
The BK polishing wheel can eliminate the scratches and remove marks on glass completely, have high polishing efficiency.
The BK polishing wheel can polish the glass with thickness from 3mm to 20mm, it is suitable for the shaped glass edging machine, double edge glass machine, straight edge glass machine, manual edging machine and so on. Now it is used for the polishing or chamfering for different glass, such as optical glass, craft glass, bathroom glass, furniture glass, home appliance glass, decorative glass, partition glass, construction glass and so on. It can be used together with other different wheels, such as full segmented diamond wheel, resin grinding wheel, straight edge diamond wheel, triple OG edge diamond wheel and so on.
Before using the polishing wheel, the workers need to confirm if the wheels are in the right position, and check if the wheel is intact or not. To keep the stable and appropriate polishing speed is important, this not only protect the workers safety, but also prolong the service life of the polishing wheel.
