The glass loading table is a multi-functional machine, is particularly suitable for glass loading, glass cutting with air-floating and glass separating. This equipment can be rotated 360°by remote-control. There is built-in high-power air compressor, no need added gas circuit.
There are two operating mode, automatic and semi-automatic, under semi-automatic mode, the operation is according requirements. Under automatic mode, the process to load glass on the platform can be finished by one-key operation.
The automatic glass loading table adopt PLC system, which could control this equipment to search, suck, retreat and lay down the glass on the table with one button, this reduced the labor intensity greatly. The liquid crystal display on the equipment can help to analyze and clear the equipment failure, the workers could finish the operation on the liquid crystal display without remote operation.
The glass loading table also have the function of motor-drive moving in longitudinal direction, the signal receptor and air pump is powerful enough to ensure the glass loading table in stable operation. The glass cutting table is featured by safe, time-saving,high-efficient and labour-saving, is the ideal choice for the glass factory.
This glass loading table can connect with different deep processed glass production line, such as mirror production line, laminated glass production line, edge grinding machine, cleaning equipment and so on, to serve on the front end and after end. The suitable glass thickness for this loading table is from 3mm to 19mm, and the maximum processing size is ups to 3660mm*2800mm, and the minimum processing size is 2440mm*1830mm. If need to load other glass size, we could make it according your requirements.
