EVA Pad With Foam
The EVA foam pad is also called EVA separator pads, is made of EVA rubber, cling foam, plastic/paper protective liner, mainly used to protect the glass against scratches and damage.
The EVA foam pad have good water resistance and corrosion resistance. The closed cellular structure won’t absorb water, and have the moisture-proof function. It can resist the chemicals such as grease, acid and alkali.
The EVA pads with foam have superior toughness, its shockproof and the buffer function is good. When used as the separator between two glass pieces, it can protect the glass well against any bump, have good protection function, especially in the glass transportation.
The EVA foam pad could stick to the glass surface for long time, when needn’t the EVA pads , it is easy to remove without traces or residue left on the glass surface. No need the workers to spend much time on the removing, could keep the glass surface with clear appearance.
The EVA foam pads need to be stored in clean and dry cardboard, the temperature around 18°and around 60% relative humidity of air is suitable. Need to avoid UV-radiation and too high humidity of air.
The normal size of our EVA pads with foam is 25mm×25mm×3mm EVA+1mm Foam, the size tolerance is 0.6mm～0.8mm. There are 72 pieces per sheet, and 191sheets in one carton, the total square meters every carton is around 8.6㎡.
The EVA foam pad can be custom made according different size requirements or special needs.
