There are natural cooling, emergency cooling and cleaning furnance cooling three types. The natural cooling is suitable for the furnance with normal operation, but the vocation or changing of production schedule, lead to the production stopped in a period. The natural cooling process need around two days, and it can protect the heat-insulation system. The emergency cooling and cleaning furnance cooling need to lower the furnance temperature in a short time, then don’t waste the production times. All the cooling ways have procedures and notes, the workers should lower the temperature according the real conditions.
For natural cooling, it is suitable for the glass tempering furnance won’t be used more than three days. First to shut the switch of heating control and heating circuit breaker, to make the heating system without electric source. Second to shut the control and electric switch for loading and unloading table, air grid, only left the normal operation of heating transfer motion. Third to lower the temperature naturally, when the temperature reach to 300℃, shut the switch for transfer control and electric power, last to shut off the main switch and lock the electric cabinet door.
For emergency cooling, it mainly used in the condition of adhesion phenomenon and explosion phenomenon which occurred in the furnance. First to shut the switch of heating control and heating circuit breaker, to make the heating system without electric source. Second to shut the control and electric switch for loading and unloading table, air grid, only left the normal operation of heating transfer motion. Third to open the furnance door and top valve, to speed the cross ventilation in the furnance. Forth, when the temperature is below 600℃, to rise the furnance with 5cm, half hour later, to rise the furnance with 5cm again, and so on. Fifth, when the temperature reach 300℃, the furnance could rise to the top. Start the safety device and prepare to clean furnance. Sixth, when the temperature reach to 200℃, using the electric fan from the four corners to blow to the lead basin, and lower the temperature to 50℃ by the fast way.
For the cleaning furnance cooling process, first to shut the heating control switch and heating circuit breaker, to make the heating system without electric source. Second to temper the glass with defects without heating, to lower the furnance temperature below 600℃. Third to open the furnance door and top valve, to speed the cross ventilation in the furnance. Forth, when the temperature reach to 200℃, to rise the furnance to the top. Fifth, when the temperature reach to 100℃, using the electric fan from the four corners to blow to the lead basin. When the temperature reach to 30℃, the workers could clean the furnance.
