Korea keep imposing the 36.01% anti-dumping duties on the float glass from China.

On the April,8th,2022, according the 913^th statutes from Ministry of Economy and Finance, Korea will keep imposing the 36.01% anti-dumping duties on the float glass which imported from China. The measures is valid from August,31th,2021, and will be valid for five years. The products involved the clear float glass which thickness is thicker than 4mm and thinner than 13mm, and the green glass. The involved HS code is 7005.21.4000、7005.21.5000、7005.21.6000、7005.21.7010、7005.21.7020、7005.21.7030、7005.29.4010、7005.29.4090、7005.29.5010、7005.29.5090、7005.29.6010、7005.29.6090、7005.29.7010、7005.29.7090、7005.29.8010、7005.29.8090、7005.29.9010 and 7005.29.9090, but don’t include the Coated Glass, Patterned Glass, Wired Glass, Insulating Glass, Tempered Glass, Laminated Glass, Etched Glass, Low Iron Glass.

On the May,1st,2007, Korea start the anti-dumping investigation for the glass which imported from China.

On the April,17th,2008, Korea start to impose the anti-dumping duties for the float glass which is imported from China, the anti-dumping duties is 12.73% ～36.01%.

On the August,31th,2018, Korea prolong the validity of imposing the anti-dumping duties on the float glass from China, the validity is to the August,30th,2021.

On December,16th, 2021. the Korea Trade Commission made the fourth Sunset review of anti-dumping and affirmative final decision on the glass which is imported from China.

Except Korea, Brazil, India, Turkey also imposed the anti-dumping duties on the float glass which is imported from China. But for the glass tools, such as glass lifter, glass racks, container U shape suspension arm, forklift truck skewer, glass lifting sling, glass hanging bar, glass lifting clamp and the truck crane arm, all could be imported from China without any anti-dumping duties, to help you to store glass and transport glass with security and high efficiency.
